Corporate Services

The Corporate Services Division assumes full responsibility for the provision of internal support services, including Corporate Finance, Assessment, Taxation, Purchasing, Human Resources, Information Technology, Communications & Stakeholder Relations and Municipal Police Administration.  

Corporate Services is also responsible for the development of internal policies that guide the decision making process for all city employees with regards to the use and expenditure of internal resources and benefits. It also is the key coordinator of the Annual Operation Planning, Reporting, and Budgeting process and supports the Office of the CAO with delivery of this to Council.
