Regular Season & Special Event Applications

Now accepting applications for Regular Season and Special Events taking place between April 1st, 2026, and March 31st, 2027.

Please choose the application form(s) that best suits your programming and/or event(s). If you would like a PDF copy emailed directly to you, or a hardcopy, or have any questions please contact Community Services at 306-778-2787 and we would be happy to assist you!

Regular Season: If your organization is looking to book an outdoor facility space on a regular basis during the spring/summer/early fall, please fill out this document. This includes athletic fields, ball diamonds, beach volleyball courts, pickleball courts, tennis courts, etc. Click here for the application form.

Green Spaces/Parks Special Events: Applicable for organizations looking to host an event in a green space or outdoor recreational facility in the upcoming season. This includes events such as fundraiser walks, tournaments, clinics and other community events. Click here for the application form.

Kinetic Park Special Events: Applicable for organizations looking to host a special event in a facility at Kinetic Park (Palliser Pavilion, Stockade, Barns, Riding Arenas, Grandstand, etc.), please fill out this document. This includes tournaments, tradeshows, cattle shows, concerts, and other community events. Click here for the application form.

LCol Clifton Centre Special Events: Applicable for organizations looking to host an event at the LCol Clifton Centre such as tournaments, clinics, and tradeshows. Click here for the application form.

Arenas Special Events: Applicable for organizations looking to host an event at the InnovationPlex or S3 Arenas. This includes tournaments, showcase events, tradeshows, concerts, banquets, etc. Click here for the application form.

Completed application forms can be emailed to communityservices@swiftcurrent.ca or dropped off in person at City Hall.
