Viewing the Exhibits
The Museum exhibits are all self-guided and include text panels, videos, and other interactive stations to enhance the experience of viewing the artefacts on display. Guided tours for groups can be arranged by contacting the Education & Public Programs Officer.
Children are always welcome at the Swift Current Museum and our exhibitions are designed to be interesting and engaging for people of all ages. Popular attractions at the Museum for children is the 10 meter (35ft) long pre-historic Tylosaurus that hangs from the ceiling, and Ranger our very own bison! To protect the displays, children must be accompanied by an adult while viewing the Museum exhibits.
Parking
Ample parking is available at the Museum, including space for buses, RVs, and designated handicapped parking.
