His key accomplishments include strengthening financial oversight, embedding long-term planning and evidence-based decision making, promoting intentional goal setting, and enhancing collaboration within City Administration and with external stakeholders. Kyle’s leadership style is rooted in trust, communication, and accountability. He is committed to building cohesive teams, cultivating a strong organizational culture, and setting clear expectations.” The Mayor also extended Council’s sincere gratitude toward Ms. Melissa Shaw, who had been serving as Interim CAO for several months, ensuring strong and consistent leadership during the recruitment of a permanent placement.
Mr. Attanasio states, “I am honoured to accept the role of Chief Administrative Officer with the City of Swift Current. This opportunity holds deep personal significance for me as not only is it a privilege to serve a community with such a strong sense of pride and potential, but Swift Current also happens to be my wife's hometown and now it's a place where we are proud to plant deeper roots as a family.
