As per Section 31 of The Tax Enforcement Act; the City of Swift Current offers for sale the following property:

City: Swift Current, Saskatchewan
Legal Address: Lot 16/17; Block 1; Plan DV1839
Minimum Bid Value: $90,000

Bids to be considered, shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Commercial Bid” and must be received NO later than 12:00 p.m. CST, Thursday, July 20, 2017 in the office of Manager of Revenue/Collections located in the Finance department at City Hall – 177 1st Ave N.E, Swift Current, SK.
The City of Swift Current may reject any bid that is not sufficient to cover arrears, penalties and costs and the highest bid may not be accepted. In the event that two or more identical bids are received, a lot draw of the identical bids will be held to determine the successful bidder.
The successful bidder will be required to provide payment in full upon notification of acceptance and will need to sign a purchase agreement with the City of Swift Current to complete the purchase.
