Citizen Portal: FAQs
- Go to: https://my-test.swiftcurrent.ca/
- You will be redirected to the SSO portal
- Click the “Sign up” link
- You will be brought to a new page, it will ask “Do you have a Perfect Mind account?”
- If you do not have an existing Perfectmind account, skip to step 10
- Click "Yes, I have a login"
- You will be redirected to another page to verify your Perfectmind account
- Enter your PerfectMind username and password
- Click “Submit”
- Upon success, you will be redirected to the sign up page

Fill out all the requested information, including:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address (please use an email address you can access)
- Phone number
- Birthdate
- Gender
- Country
- Address
- Password
- Check off "I Agree with Terms and Conditions"
- Click “Sign Up”
- Next you will be asked to verify your email address
- Login to you the email address you used in step 10
- Find the email from "no-reply@swiftcurrent.ca" (check your junk folder if it doesn't show up)
- Document the PIN number from the email
- Navigate back to the SSO email verification page
- Enter the PIN you documented in step 18
- Click "Submit"
- You will be redirected to the SSO login page
- Enter the email and password you used to sign up
- Click the "Login" button
- You will be redirected to the SSO home page
- Login to the SSO portal at: https://my-test.swiftcurrent.ca/
- You will be redirected to the SSO home page
- Click the “Link Apex Account” button
- You will be redirected to the APEX account linking page
- Enter your account ID and PIN number
- Please refer to the mailer you recieved to find your Oracle ID and PIN
- If you don't have a mailer, please contact City Hall to aquire your Oracle ID and PIN
- Click "Confirm"
- Message will be displayed upon success account linking
- Click the “Continue” button
- You will be redirected to the SSO home page
- Click “Go to Apex Portal” button
- New tab opens, you will be redirected to the Oracle Citizen’s Portal
- Login to the SSO portal at: https://my-test.swiftcurrent.ca/
- Click on account button in top right corner, click “Change password”
- You will be redirected to the "Change Password" page
- Enter your old password, along with your new password
- Click “Update”
- You will be redirected to the SSO login page
- Enter your email and your new password
- Click the "Login" button
- You will be redirected to the SSO home page
- Go to: https://my-test.swiftcurrent.ca/
- Click the "Forgot password?" link
- You will be redirected to the "Forgot Password" page
- Enter the email address for the account you would like to reset the password
- Click the "Forgot password" button
- You will be redirected to the "Password Reset Page" page
- Login to you the email address you used in step 3
- Find the email from "no-reply@swiftcurrent.ca" (check your junk folder if it doesn't show up)
- Document the PIN number from the email
- Navigate back to the SSO email verification page
- Enter the PIN you documented in step 9
- Enter your new password
- Click the "Save" button
- You will be redirected to the SSO login page
- Enter your email and your new password
- Click the "Login" button
- You will be redirected to the SSO home page
