  1. Go to: https://my-test.swiftcurrent.ca/
  2. You will be redirected to the SSO portal
  3. Click the “Sign up” link

  5. You will be brought to a new page, it will ask “Do you have a Perfect Mind account?”

    • If you do not have an existing Perfectmind account, skip to step 10
  7. Click "Yes, I have a login"
  8. You will be redirected to another page to verify your Perfectmind account

  10. Enter your PerfectMind username and password
  11. Click “Submit”
  12. Upon success, you will be redirected to the sign up page
  13. Fill out all the requested information, including:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email address (please use an email address you can access)
    • Phone number
    • Birthdate
    • Gender
    • Country
    • Address
    • Password
  14. Check off "I Agree with Terms and Conditions"

  16. Click “Sign Up”
  17. Next you will be asked to verify your email address

  19. Login to you the email address you used in step 10
  20. Find the email from "no-reply@swiftcurrent.ca" (check your junk folder if it doesn't show up)
  21. Document the PIN number from the email

  23. Navigate back to the SSO email verification page
  24. Enter the PIN you documented in step 18

  26. Click "Submit"
  27. You will be redirected to the SSO login page
  28. Enter the email and password you used to sign up

  31. You will be redirected to the SSO home page

  2. You will be redirected to the SSO home page
  3. Click the “Link Apex Account” button

  5. You will be redirected to the APEX account linking page

  7. Enter your account ID and PIN number
    • Please refer to the mailer you recieved to find your Oracle ID and PIN
    • If you don't have a mailer, please contact City Hall to aquire your Oracle ID and PIN
  8. Click "Confirm"
  9. Message will be displayed upon success account linking
  10. Click the “Continue” button
  11. You will be redirected to the SSO home page

  13. Click “Go to Apex Portal” button
  14. New tab opens, you will be redirected to the Oracle Citizen’s Portal
  1. Login to the SSO portal at: https://my-test.swiftcurrent.ca/
  2. Click on account button in top right corner, click “Change password”

  4. You will be redirected to the "Change Password" page

  6. Enter your old password, along with your new password
  7. Click “Update”
  8. You will be redirected to the SSO login page
  9. Enter your email and your new password

  2. Click the "Forgot password?" link

  4. You will be redirected to the "Forgot Password" page

  6. Enter the email address for the account you would like to reset the password
  7. Click the "Forgot password" button
  8. You will be redirected to the "Password Reset Page" page

  10. Login to you the email address you used in step 3

  12. Document the PIN number from the email

  14. Navigate back to the SSO email verification page
  15. Enter the PIN you documented in step 9
  16. Enter your new password
  17. Click the "Save" button
  18. You will be redirected to the SSO login page
