Annual Christmas Tree Lighting

Every year residents gather together in Market Square as we light the Christmas Tree, kicking off the holiday season! It's an evening of fun for the whole family with hot chocolate, sleigh rides, special performances, and of course, a visit from Santa Claus! So bundle up, come early to find parking, and bring the whole family out for this holiday tradition! 

The 2022 Christmas Tree Lighting took place on Thursday, November 24th at 7:00 PM and it was a wonderful evening filled with visits from Santa and Mrs. Claus, hot chocolate, sleigh rides, treat bags, special performances and the Swift Current Broncos.
