PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that provision has been made for the establishment of Special Polls specifically for the residents of the following facilities at the date and time so noted:
Pioneer Manor (PPIH) October 27th, 2020 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
The Bentley October 28th, 2020 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Heritage Towers October 29th, 2020 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Prairie View Lodge October 29th, 2020 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Golden West Manor October 30th, 2020 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Willow Creek Manor November 2nd, 2020 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that provision has been made for establishment of Advance Polls specifically for electors who anticipate being unable to vote on election day.
Voting will take place at the date and time so noted at:
Innovation Credit Union i-Plex,
2001 Chaplin Street East Swift Current, SK
November 1st to November 5th, 2020: 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. daily.

NOTICE OF MOBILE POLL
2020 Local Government ElectionPUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a mobile poll will be held for those electors unable to attend at an established polling place to vote by reason of disability or limited mobility for the Municipal, Public School Board and Separate School Board Elections now pending for the election of:
CITY OF SWIFT CURRENT,
CHINOOK SCHOOL DIVISION NO. 211, SUBDIVISION NO. 8, and
HOLY TRINITY ROMAN CATHOLIC SEPARATE SCHOOL DIVISION NO. 22, SWIFT CURRENT DIVISION
The resident caregiver may also apply to vote at the same mobile poll.
Anyone requiring this service is asked to contact the Office of the City Clerk at (306) 778-2768 in order to obtain an ‘Application by Voter to Vote at Residence’ form. This form is also available on the City’s website: www.swiftcurrent.ca under the Election 2020 tab.
Forms must be completed and returned to the Returning Officer at City Hall prior to 4:30 p.m. on November 5th, 2020 in order for arrangements to be made for this method of voting.

NOTICE OF MAIL - IN BALLOT REGISTRY
2020 Local Government ElectionPursuant to the General Election Bylaw No. 7 - 2020
[Section 92 of The Local Government Election Act, 2015]
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Returning Officer for the City of Swift Current, pursuant to Bylaw No. 7 - 2020, will be accepting applications to vote using a mail-in ballot beginning, Tuesday, September 1st, 2020 until 4:00 p.m. Thursday, November 5th, 2020.
Mail-in ballots are provided as an option for electors to avoid voting in-person due to the ongoing threat and spread of COVID-19. Amendments have been made to the mail-in ballot process to allow ALL electors to register to cast their vote by mail in advance of election day.
Applications may be made via email, fax, mail, drop off into the night deposit box at City Hall, or in person (by appointment only) and must be received prior to 4:00 p.m. November 5th, 2020.
Please note all applicants must provide proof of identity and residence as per Section 14 of The Local Government Election Regulations, 2015.
