Gentle Flow Fitness

The Gentle Flow Fitness Aquatic Program  is a recreational program conducted in a heated pool.  The program provides the opportunity for persons with arthritis to meet others, improve their health, and have fun.

If you have arthritis or other physical ailments, regular exercise can:

-relieve pain and stiffness
-increase flexibility and improve balance
-help you relax and sleep better

Classes range from 45 minutes to an hour in length and are held up to three times per week. Gentle Flow Fitness is a safe, enjoyable way to improve your strength and flexibility.  The warm water and gentle movements can also help to relieve pain and stiffness.

Gentle Flow Fitness has been found to benefit participants with injuries to joints or people recovering from surgery.  New members are always welcome.  We do suggest that interested people speak to a physician before beginning any physical activity or exercise program.
