LOGO4Swift Current Alerts has joined the NotifyNow group with Saskatoon, Regina, Prince Albert and other communities in Saskatchewan. If you are new to our City, please register with us as your information is not transferable from other communities.

An emergency can happen at any time, in any place. It can be city-wide or confined to a local area. It can be big or small and no matter what kind of emergency it is, the City of Swift Current is ready to respond appropriately.

The City of Swift Current now has an emergency alert system to let residents know when an emergency situation is occurring or about to occur that may affect them. We can let you know what to do, where to go, and what to expect in any potential disaster with a message sent directly to your phone, cell phone, or email address.

With the push of one button, we can immediately send necessary information directly to thousands of residents, helping to keep you safe.

How Does It Work?
When an emergency alert is issued, you will receive a phone message to your home, work or cell phone; an email; or a text message — depending on your preference.

To receive alerts, residents must sign up and have their information entered into our database. You can do this by signing up for Emergency Alerts through our on-line portal.
