W4W - edit-01Walking is one of the safest, most accessible, and convenient ways to include physical activity into your day.  Avoid the cold, wind, and ice, and join us as we walk indoors.  Get your heart rate up, talk to new friends, and have fun!

This program runs from October to March at the Stockade, Kinetic Park , Monday-Friday from 8:30 - 12:00 p.m. and Mondays and Wednesday from 1:00 - 3:30 p.m. and at the InnovationPlex 8:00am - 4:30pm weekdays. The cost for both programs is $2.00 per daily drop-in.

We are excited to once again be offering the evening Walking for Wellness program at the Swift Current Comprehensive High School on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 – 8:00 pm.  This program is free!
