The City of Swift Current "Tel-a-Bus" service is provided to those individuals who require transportation to various locations within the City limits who are not on a strict schedule.
The cost to ride the Tel-a-Bus one-way is $1.50 for adults, $0.75 for children six (6) to twelve (12) years old and free for children under six (6) years old, or you can purchase a ten ride punch pass at a cost of $14.00. In addition to the ten ride punch passes, the City of Swift Current now has monthly bus passes available for sale, at a cost of $53.00 per pass. This allows commuters, who regularly use the public transit system, the ability to qualify for a tax break by being able to produce a receipt showing that they purchased a bus pass good for a month at a time.
